What if I want to return my item?

Should you wish to return you item you may do so as long as it is in the original condition.

How long do I have to return my item?

Your item should be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Who will pay for the return?

If there is a fault with your item please contact us ASAP for a pre-paid returns label. However if the item does not have a fault you will need to cover the cost. 

What happens once the item is returned?

Once we have received your order we will inspect the returned item and then proceed with the refund.

When will I get my refund?

Once a refund has been authorized it will be issued immediately. If you paid via Credit/Debit Card the money will appear within 7 working days. If you paid via paypal the money will be returned immediately.
